Intro series – for students new to yoga, new to Iyengar yoga, or in need of a refresher.
wOMyn’s – a multi-level class for wOMyn
Level 1 – for students who have cOMpleted an intro Iyengar yoga course or equivalent. Emphasis on standing poses, supported shoulder stand, and other fundamental postures.
Level 2 – students who are well practiced in standing poses and supported shoulder stand. Refinement of level 1 postures and an introduction to supported head stand, full arm balance, backward bends, and pranayama (breath regulation).
